December Giveaway ("Sweepstakes")
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1) SPONSOR
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Ogden Enterprises LLC ("Sponsor").
2) ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are: (a) physically present in the State of Utah at the time of entry; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entry is available at participating store locations only. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at December 15, 2025 at 11:13 AM MST and ends at December 29, 2025 at 11:13 AM MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4) HOW TO ENTER
There are multiple ways to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
A) FREE IN-STORE ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
To enter for free, visit any participating Sponsor location in Utah during normal business hours and request entry into the Sweepstakes from a store associate. The associate will submit the entry on your behalf. You may receive up to 10 entries per Sweepstakes week through this free in-store method (the "Weekly Free Entries"), subject to the Entry Limits described below. No purchase is required. No sales presentation is required.
Important: Participants may earn the maximum number of entries through free in-store methods without making a purchase.
B) SCHEDULED MEASURE / ESTIMATE BONUS ENTRIES (OPTIONAL)
You may earn additional entries by scheduling a measure/estimate appointment during the Sweepstakes Period. If you schedule a measure/estimate appointment, you will receive 10 bonus entries, subject to the Entry Limits described below. Limit: 1 scheduled measure bonus per person per Sweepstakes.
C) PURCHASE BONUS ENTRIES (OPTIONAL)
You may earn additional entries by making a qualifying purchase from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. You will receive 10 entries for every $1,000 of qualifying purchase amount (calculated as: floor(purchase_amount / 1000) × 10), subject to the Entry Limits described below. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning beyond the maximum entry limit per person described in these Official Rules.
5) ENTRY LIMITS; ENTRY CONDITIONS
A) WEEKLY FREE ENTRY LIMIT
Weekly Free Entries are limited to one (1) Weekly Free Entry allotment per person (identified by phone number) per Sweepstakes week, across all Sponsor locations. You may not claim Weekly Free Entries at multiple locations within the same Sweepstakes week.
B) MAXIMUM ENTRIES PER PERSON (CAP)
Regardless of method of entry, the maximum number of entries any one person may receive during the Sweepstakes is 20 entries ("Entry Cap"). The Entry Cap is calculated as: (2 weeks × 10 weekly free entries) = 20 total entries maximum.
C) GENERAL CONDITIONS
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or improperly submitted entries, or for technical, hardware, software, network, server, or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
6) PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")
The prizes available to be won are listed below. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize list:
• Grand Prize: Nintendo Switch 2 (ARV: $449.00)
• Prize 2: Apple Watch Ultra 2 (ARV: $799.00)
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,248.00.
7) ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8) WINNER SELECTION
On or about December 29, 2025 at 11:13 AM MST, Sponsor will select potential winners for each prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each prize will have one (1) potential winner, and no person may win more than one (1) prize per Sweepstakes. If an entrant is selected for one prize, that entrant will be removed from eligibility for additional prizes within the same Sweepstakes.
9) WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION; CLAIMING PRIZE
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor may require potential winners to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release.
CLAIM DEADLINE: The winner must claim the prize within ten (10) days of Sponsor's first attempt to notify the winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the Claim Period, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
10) PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
12) DISQUALIFICATION; FRAUD
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules, or whose entries are fraudulent, duplicative, or non-compliant.
13) PRIVACY
Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes. Marketing communications by text or email will be sent only if the entrant affirmatively opts in. Entrants may opt out at any time.
14) GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
15) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
16) WINNERS LIST
To request a winners list (available after winners are confirmed), email web@ogdensflooring.com and include the name of the Sweepstakes. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
